Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked time.

A booked appointment is a binding commitment. If you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours before, or don't show up, there is no entitlement to a refund. To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can on +41 79 158 30 00 (also on WhatsApp).
